AROMATHERAPY, TEAS, & SENSORY RITUALS
Sometimes healing starts with a breath. A taste. A texture.
Sensory rituals invite the body back into the room — gently, without forcing — and give grief something to hold besides pain.
These practices can be solo or shared, simple or sacred.
You might explore:
- Aromatherapy for grounding, grief release, or calm
- Tea ceremonies for remembrance or reflection
- Textures (fabric, clay, sand, stone) as part of tactile grief work
- Soundscapes, hums, bells, or chants to mark transitions
There’s no one right way to feel. But sometimes, a warm cup in your hands, or a scent in the air, makes it just a little easier.
