SUPPORT & ALLY INFO

There are many ways to show up — and none of them require a title.

Whether you’re a licensed professional, a devoted friend, a creative soul, or someone just learning how to hold space, you can be an ally in the SCRIPTed story.

WHAT IS A SCRIPTED ALLY?

SCRIPTed Allies are community members who understand how to support others in grief, legacy, and end-of-life planning — not just logistically, but humanly.

Some are doulas, therapists, or attorneys. Others are artists, friends, baristas, volunteers, or trusted listeners. Every one of them is committed to showing up with clarity, care, and humility.

Certified Allies complete a training and agreement process that prepares them to:

  • Respect autonomy and identity
  • Navigate sensitive conversations
  • Collaborate across difference and complexity
  • Offer presence, not pressure

You don’t need a credential to offer meaningful support. But if you’d like to deepen your role in this work, the SCRIPTed Ally pathway may be for you.

WAYS TO BE AN ALLY

  • Offer your time or skills to help someone else’s plan take shape
  • Show up as a chosen witness or emotional support
  • Host a workshop, creative session, or collaborative event
  • Participate in trainings or join the Certified Ally network
  • Share resources, referrals, or your own story of support
  • Become a part of our street crew!

*A quick note:

Being listed as a SCRIPTed Ally doesn’t mean services are free. Each provider sets their own rates, and any costs for services or products are between the provider and the client.

SCRIPTed isn’t a service provider — we’re a connector. Our role is to help you find people who share your values, respect your choices, and know how to show up when it matters most.
